GET INTO THE SWING OF THINGS!

	STEP ONE To swing open the StowAway2 Swingaway Cargo Carrier...
	Remove the secondary safety pin near the pivot bolt by pulling up on the pin.
	STEP TWO Next, remove the primary safety pin by pulling straight back on the pin.
	STEP THREE While pulling up on the orange plunger pin handle...
	Gently push the StowAway2 Cargo Box away from the frame towards the passenger side of the vehicle.
	The StowAway2 Swingaway model can be opened at a variety of angles according to your access needs.

	Up to a full 180 degrees.
	STEP FOUR At 90 degrees, the vehicle’s rear door can easily be opened for complete access to the rear cargo area. The patented Swingaway frame allows for rear swinging doors, rear barn style doors and rear lift gates to open on almost all vehicles without a problem. Once the Cargo Box is open at 90 degrees, the secondary safety pin may be put back in place to “lock” the unit open. This is helpful when using the StowAway2 in the open position for long periods of time or when parked on an incline.
