Warehouse Pledge:
Lead Time #1: 2 Business Days**
Golden Technologies strives to ensure our
Warehouses are stocked at all times with the models
and fabrics shown and designated by the Warehouse
logo. In the event that a particular model and/or
fabric is not available in a dealer's designated
warehouse, Golden will work with the dealer to find
that product in another warehouse and ship within
24-48 hours per our current freight policy ***. No
customization, alterations, accessories or special
orders are allowed on these chairs. Same day
shipping may be available on select models if
ordered by 2:00 p.m. EST. Contact Customer Service
for details.

Lead Time #2: 12 Business Days**
Lift chair models that are not part of the Warehouse
program. This includes non-Warehouse models with
standard fabrics; quick-ship Brisa fabrics; and
crossover fabrics. This also includes accessories
such as left hand control placement, heat & massage,
upgraded fabrics, extra pocket and fabric
protection. Upcharges will apply.

Lead Time #3: 30 Business Days**
All lift chair models that are ordered with limited
edition fabrics, Customer's Own Material (COM),
custom built chairs and non quick-ship Brisa
fabrics. The COM lead time begins from the time the
fabric is received at the Golden manufacturing
facility. Upcharges will apply. The PR502 has a 30
day lead time.

incredibly soft and luxurious faux leather fabric available on lift
chairs exclusively from Golden Technologies. Brisa is the first
polyurethane fabric designed with a unique ventilation system that
enables it to breathe, keeping you cool and comfortable, no matter how
long you use the chair. A discreet grain pattern of this fabric is
achieved by a natural process that simulates the supple surface of
genuine leather.
